Trackside
Coaching
I am at the circuit with you. Data between the heats, changes made while the session is still live, and the debrief on the spot — for a single driver or for a whole team.
I can run the
whole team.
Teams bring me in to organise the weekend, not just to sit with one driver. One reference, one session plan, one language for everyone in the tent.
Session plan
What each driver runs in each session, and why. Nobody burns a set of tyres finding out something we already know.
One reference
Every driver measured against the same ideal lap, so the gaps are comparable and the mechanics hear one story instead of five.
Tent to track
I carry what the data says to the mechanics and what the kart is doing back to the driver, across the whole weekend.
Five things I do
at the circuit.

Telemetry
Analysis
Channel by channel — speed, braking, throttle, steering — your lap against the ideal and against a reference driver.
Between sessions, not a week later. If the time is going in one corner, you know which corner before you go back out.
- Logger fitted and downloaded on site
- Overlay against the reference lap
- The corner costing the most, named

Onboard
Review
Frame-by-frame video synced with the data, so you see the line and the number at the same moment.
Habits are easier to break when you watch yourself do them.
- Video synced to telemetry
- Lines, references and braking points
- Clips kept for you to review later

Track
Coaching
On-track work during practice: real-time adjustments to driving style depending on grip, tyres and conditions.
Short runs, one change at a time, checked against the data before we move on.
- Radio or pit-board calls
- One variable per run
- Setup direction passed to the mechanic

Race
Briefing
Race-week direction: mindset, aggression, in-race decisions and a clear plan for every scenario on Sunday.
Start, first lap, traffic, a safety car, rain. We decide it before it happens instead of improvising at speed.
- A plan per scenario, agreed in advance
- Grid and rival read
- Debrief after every heat

Arrive
& Drive
I go out on track in a second kart, alongside you.
Lead and follow: I run the line in front of you so you can see it taken at speed, then I sit behind and watch what you actually do with it. Some things never land from a screen — they land when the reference is two metres ahead of your nose.
It is also the fastest way for me to read a track or a chassis you are struggling with, because I feel it myself instead of inferring it from a graph.
- Lead and follow in a second kart
- The line shown at racing speed
- I feel the grip and the chassis first-hand
Tell me the
weekend.
Circuit, category, how many drivers and what you are chasing. I come back with what the weekend would look like.
