From the grid
to the data.
I started where my drivers are now — in the seat, chasing tenths. A racing driver since 2015, karting taught me that talent gets you on track, but understanding why the stopwatch moves is what gets you on the podium.
Today I run Nishioka Racing Development, working with drivers and teams across Brazil, Costa Rica and Panama — and I've raced internationally, up to the KWC World Final in Belgium. I read telemetry and onboard video the way I once read a corner, and translate it into something a driver can feel and repeat.
My work is part classroom, part track, part race-day psychology. The goal is always the same: a faster, calmer, smarter driver when it matters most.
How I
work
Data shows what happened. Video shows how. The driver tells me why. Real progress lives where all three meet.
On the grid
Started racing karts in Brazil — racecraft, setup and the mental game, learned from inside the cockpit. The foundation for everything I teach.
National & world stage
Brazilian Karting Championship (F4 / 2-Stroke Novatos) at national level, rental endurances, and the KWC — Kart World Championship — World Final in Belgium, 2023.
Driver to coach
Crossed to the other side of the wall — started working with data and coaching in Brazil. The beginning of Nishioka Racing Development.
Going international
Took the work to Costa Rica and Panama — champion in Tillotson Senior (CR) and 16 driver titles guided as coach across 250 races.
Nishioka Racing Development
Coaching FMV Racing (Costa Rica) and Panama Karting MS — telemetry, onboard video, on-track training and race briefing. Latam 2026: team champions.
