Review
Through a race week, a review at the end of every day: video and telemetry together, or video only if that is all you have.
You go into the next day already knowing what changed and what to hold on to. No waiting until the event is over to find out.

Preparation
Before the event: I go through your previous races, find the situations that keep costing you, and we build the answers in advance.
Starts, first lap, defending, traffic, a race that turns wet. You arrive with a decision already made instead of inventing one under pressure.
